SHILOH INDUSTRIES HAS ACQUIRED ALBANY CHICAGO COMPANY


Birmingham, Michigan – December 28, 2012 – Angle Advisors is pleased to announce that Shiloh Industries Inc. (“Shiloh”) has acquired Albany-Chicago Company, LLC (“ACC” or the “Company”).Angle Advisors acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to the shareholders of ACC in completing this transaction.


Based in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, ACC is an innovator in the field of fully machined and complex aluminum die cast components. The Company is one of two North American manufacturers using vacuum-assisted casting and aerospace materials to produce thin-walled, high integrity and ductility structural aluminum body parts as well as medium to large engine and driveline components. As a full service Tier I/II supplier, ACC serves both automotive and commercial vehicle customers including BMW, General Motors, Daimler, ZF, Cummins, Chrysler, PACCAR/DAF, and Tesla. Leveraging its proprietary technologies, ACC is meeting the quickly growing OEM demand for highly ductile structural die castings. The Company’s automated manufacturing activities emphasize large tonnage die casting machines (up to 2,500 tons) supplemented by 60 CNC machining centers and the extensive use of robotics.
